We are the administrator of all Studioninedots licenses and there is a user with a license problem.
The users has an Archicad 26 Dutch Commercial Single License and uses Archicad 25.
The user is working on a Mac Studio. Every time he reboot his system and start Archicad he get the following message (No valid software key found for this user). He must then start the license manger tool and and then he gets the option upload and repair key. After that Archicad works again. Is there any way how we can solve this problem?

This usually happens if an update or change is made to the OS files without uploading the software key such as an OS Update. The software key stores files all over the OS so when an update is performed one of these files can be modified or removed causing the license key to become broken. Is something causing a behind the scenes change to the OS?

This is a known issue with Codemeter on Mac. As you already found out, doing a repair will fix the key. I don't recall how it can be solved permanently, so I suggest contacting your local support for further investigation.

You have to upload the License Key through License Manager or from within Archicad 26 before applying any operating system updates and then download it again after the update completes. This prevents the OS update from damaging the software license key.
