Anyone seeing these lately? About once a week we have a different user unable to get in. GSID claims offline while the computer and the rest of the studio is online. Error persists on restart of the computer then a few hours of missed work later user logs in just fine.

Hi Everybody,
The issue is known to us, and we are working on fixing it.
It is not connected to the licence type, and only the "Statistics" cookies are causing it when you try to log in to GSID.
As mentioned earlier, you can avoid the issue by choosing the "Use necessary cookies only" option or excluding the "Statistics" cookies from selection.

Solution that worked for us. On cookies prompt do not "Accept all". Going with "Necessary only" fixed the issue.
Shout out to Central Innovation now Graphisoft for helping.

If you are using Floating Licences, I wonder if this has to do with how AC keeps Named Licences authenticated for a period when you lose connection. I think the grace period was only for Named Licences, at least that was how it originally was.
