If you participated in the Graphisoft Technology Preview Program and want to buy a subscription, follow these instructions—especially if you’re new to Archicad Subscriptions.
Do I need to follow this?
- If you already had an Archicad license from the Store before joining the Technology Preview, you can continue using the Graphisoft Store as usual. You do not need to follow this guide.
- If you joined the Technology Preview and you never made a purchase in the Graphisoft Store, but now wish to purchase a Graphisoft subscription, you must complete some additional steps before purchasing. Please follow this guide.

If you've never purchased in Graphisoft Store before, here are the steps to buy a subscription after the Technology Preview:
- Go to the Company Management Portal.
Visit the portal and sign in using your Graphisoft ID.
- Delete Your Company Account.
On the Company Management page scroll down and select Delete Company to remove your Technology Preview profile.
- Purchase Your Subscription.
Return to the store, choose your desired subscription, and complete your purchase in the store.
Important Note
If you need both a subscription and continued Technology Preview access:
- Leave the Technology Preview group on Graphisoft Community
- Complete your purchase
- Then apply for the Technology Preview again at https://preview.graphisoft.com.
Why is this necessary?
When you join the Technology Preview, a free license is assigned to your Graphisoft ID, and a Graphisoft ID Company account is created (in the background) for your participation. To purchase a standard subscription, you must first exit the Technology Preview and delete this Company account.
