Without knowing details it is hard to even guess.
I don't want to tell you how to support your clients but I would be remotely connecting to their machine to see if you can figure out the problem or gather information so that you can get support from Graphisoft.
What software is being interfered with - does it also use codemeter technology?
Are there error messages that may give some clues or is it just other software is no longer working.
Maybe try un-installing codemeter to see if all goes back to normal.
Then re-install and try again.
I haven't come across any problems with codemeter interfering with other software.
