I used a commercial license for a year, and at the end of the term I went for a training license and wanted to start studying, but I couldn't.
The ācommercial license optionsā panel came up, which allows you to start the demo mode and the license manager.
I uninstalled archicad completely through the applications. I uninstalled Codmetr and still after a complete reinstallation, and as I log in with a new training license account in the browser, still it does not give me the opportunity to select a training license.
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

As in, on your laptop, you can access both your educational licence and your commercial one, but on your desktop, you cannnot see the educational one?

Yeah kinda, i downloaded my educational version on my laptop and everything is right, i can insert my serial number etc.
When i download the educational version on my pc i have no possibility to insert my educational serial number, so it only gives me the option to insert a hardware key for a commercial version.
