Educational Licence Renewal problem

Hi,
Can you help me in renewal Educational/Teaching licence for my ArchiCAD26. When I apply for renewal licence it transfers me to the my products window, but it do not give me the option to Apply for the 2-year licence renewal. Eventhough i cantacted the local partners i didn't receive a solution. Can anybody help me?
