Hi everyone,

 

I am using ArchiCAD 25 and as you know it´s required to sign in with your Graphisoft ID. So far so good...

What I find a bit annoying is that I need to log in every time I start Archicad 25.

Do you know if there is a setting to keep the software logged in and avoid this process all the time? 

I know it literally takes 30 seconds, but still... 🙂

The problem appears to be back for me at least - haven't heard of others complaining either in my office or here in the community.

It is happening on both my office PC and laptop for a couple of weeks now, so it seems to me it is not a personal setting on the machines that is playing up.

I don't particularly want to delete all of my user preference files - but as I say it is happening on multiple machines.

 

It is also happening for different versions, 25, 26 and 27.

 

Just wanted to reach out to see if it is happening to others, or if there is a fix at Graphisoft's end, before I report this to local support.

I am using 26 and 27 via usb dongle on different computers, but did not have any sign-in popup requests in a while now.

Hi,

 

I was actually going to write again because since a few weeks I am also getting this message again (working with AC25 on PC). It doesn´t happen every day, but I know that at least 2 of my colleagues got the same.

 

Maybe there has been some kind of change from Graphisoft side? 

I didn´t experienced this problem since a couple of months before this.

Please connect with your Tier 1 support regarding your problem.

Probably they will be asking for more information in order to debug the problem.
