Have received this error multiple times, trying to purchase a monthly subscription.
Best option would be to contact your local support.
However you could try a different browser.
Or use your browser in 'Private' mode.
There has been an issue with 'cookies' on some Graphisoft web sites (I have no idea what it is all about or even if that is the problem in this case).
Clearing you web browsers cookies (just those associated to Graphisoft) can also help if this is the problem.
