License Manager - How to reclaim/upload a license that a user isn't using?

I have an employee not on site & he has a license tied up on his machine.

We have two licenses & three users.

Is the License Manager supposed to allow me [admin] to release the license back to the pool?

If so, I cannot see how to do that; it only shows no available licenses.

I do not have the user's Graphisoft credential so I can't just log into that machine and upload it.

GraphisoftID's Company Pool tab only seems to assign eligibility to upload/download a license.

Surely this isn't a fatal license management flaw. What am I missing? How do I reclaim that license?

Thanks for any help!

GraphisoftID seems to suggest that "release license from device" is possible -- but how?

I would still say that the fact that you cannot remotely release a licence is still a major long term flaw of AC...
