Dear @Riccardo87 and @KenneyKim
Thank you very much for sharing the problem!
This issue can happen due to a system-wide block, preventing the connection from your machine to our services. Usually, this is caused by the hosts file.
To open this file:
- On Windows: the hosts file can be found at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. You can open it with any Text editor application (Notepad for example)
- On macOS: open the Terminal on macOS (Finder > Utilities > Terminal), then run the following command (requires admin rights and password):
sudo nano /etc/hosts
Once the file is opened, please delete all entries in this file and save it.
After that, you will be able to access our services from your machine again.
Please let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
Minh

It might have something to do with cross tracking in your browser.

Hi Harrys,
Thank you very much for your message!
I sent you the instruction on how to fix the issue. In short, there were some entries that are blocking your computer from connecting to GraphisoftID website. After removing those entries, you will be able to access without any issue!
Please let me know if it helps!
Best regards,
Minh
