License 28 solo cloud VS Education

Hello!

I am asking for help. I have a commercial license of Archicad 28 Solo installed, but when I launch the program it displays EDU mode and indicates the old educational email. When I log out and log in with a different ID, nothing happens.

You are not trying to open a file or template that was originally used in EDU are you?
