Hello
While attempting to release a license in the License Manager, I encountered the following error:
"A server-side error has occurred. It's not you, it's us :(. Error message(s):"
After selecting OK, the application remains in this state
Other pages, such as Members and Software Keys, continue to function without issue.
I contacted our local Archicad representative, who told that although this is the first time he has encountered this particular error, it is typically resolved within approximately 30 minutes to an hour. However, the issue still persists after a workday.
What can I do to solve this issue?

For clarification, this error is occuring when you try to remotely release a cloud licence?

I was able to release the cloud license, the error occurred when I attempted to assign it as a fixed license to a specific user in our office.
