Help please. I have spent over 80 hours trying this repeatedly, with no luck. I have even posted on this forum, but did not get a response. I have an ARCHICAD Solo 20 perpetual license which I upload loaded from my older computer. It shows available License manager uploads and "downloads" software license (protection key), but restart of GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD Solo 20 doesn't "find" it. Screenshots below. I am happy to E-mail an GRAPHISOFT employee the details.
Screenshot shows license available to be uploaded.
I can upload. Then I get "Available for download" it does all the steps 1-4 without showing any errors.
The when restart OR reboot and it is still not showing up as a licensed version. Uninstalling and reinstalling has been attempted several times (probably 5x at this point).... did not work either. Clicking "Troubleshoot Commercial License" just repeats the process again without any progress.
Operating system used: Windows 20

Yes there was something wrong with the version I had. Updating Java to the old version, uninstalling ARCHICAD and getting/using the correct version installed fixed the issue. THANKS! This issue was solved.

This is your very first post here, so I'm not sure what you mean by "I have even posted on this forum, but did not get a response."
This is not technical support, but a user-to-user space. Because your screenshot indicates you are using a US license, you should contact Graphisoft North America technical support for assistance.
Just to check though... your sig shows Windows 20... but I assume you meant 10. Are all Windows updates installed? All updates to your Solo 20 (to build 8011)? Did you update the Graphisoft License Manager software and the Codemeter driver? Do you have a firewall enabled that could be blocking retrieving the license?

If the Codemeter driver above doesn't work, you can try the newest version from Wibu Systems (who develop it):

You do not want it to say "Available for download" as that is effectively like having your license dongle sitting next to you unplugged... And you say steps 1-4, but do not clarify these steps. 1. Upload license from computer A. 2. Download license to computer B. 3. Open AC on computer B.

You clearly have a US license for Archicad Solo 20 ready to use - according to the License Manager.
This is exactly what it should be showing.
Do you get to see the Archicad start screen before the license type dialogue appears?
If so, are you signed in with your Graphisoft ID?
Are you sure you are running the US version of Archicad 20 Solo and not a different language version?
If you are sure that you are, then your local support is who you really need to contact.
Barry.

Wow some great tips. I must have posted in a different older forum then. I don't have any firewalls, but I realized that an update may help. I had not thought of that, thanks. Just to follow up using the normal "Check for updates" it says there are none. however I found the 8011 using the link you provided. When I tried to install, it gave me a possible clue about not having an normally installed 64 bit version. That may be my issue as I am not exactly sure where I got the version 20 from. The link you provided is definitely more professional/official than where I got my other copy. So I am working on that. (Uninstall and re-install), then update.
