Problems with archiacd 9 videos

Hi, I do videos on ArchiCAD (.mov) everything seems to be good but when I try to play them on Quicktime, they take time to charge and they stop and I can't play them, I have to wait and start trying once and again until it runs in a good way, Is that a general problem on Archicad 9? Can you help me on that to have good quality videos and dont have loading problems?
