Text breakdown

Good morning
I am a student using an educational version of ArchiCAD.
When I open the file I work on with other computer educational ArchiCAD, the text is garbled.
There is a font, and even when you change the text font, the breakdown remains.

Could you show a screenshot of the situation?

Do the two computers have similar specs and operating systems. Maybe the font is not available in the system where the text is garbled.
