To help us make Archicad work even better for you, we have introduced a new survey feature. We know your time is precious: our surveys are short and take just a minute or two. Our first survey will be available soon: the “Net Promoter Score” is a key metric that helps us to gauge your overall experience with Archicad.
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric ranging from -100 to +100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s product or service and the customer’s loyalty to the brand.
NPS is calculated based on responses to a single question ("How likely is it that you would recommend a company/product/service to a friend or colleague?") that customers can answer by giving a score on a 0 to 10 scale. Based on their responses, customers are categorized into the following three groups:
We can get Net Promoter Score by subtracting the percentage of customers who are Detractors from the percentage of customers who are Promoters. For purposes of calculating a NPS, Passives count toward the total number of respondents, thus decreasing the percentage of Detractors and Promoters and pushing NPS toward 0.
Whenever a new survey becomes available, you are notified through the Action Center’s new 'Feedback' panel. With just a few clicks, you can open and submit the survey directly from the Action Center.
At any time: check to see if a survey is available by clicking Check All Items in the Summary tab of the Action Center. (Click Show Summary > Check All Items)
Your feedback helps us to improve our products to meet your needs. From time to time, you will receive a friendly reminder about available surveys when you close your Archicad project. You can either respond to the survey right then, or just close up and revisit the survey in the Action Center at a later time.
