Eventhough i cantacted the local partners i didn't receive a solution. Can anybody help me?

When I try to sign in the “Your account has been blocked” warning appears. What's wrong?

If you tried to log in too many times with the wrong password, your account is temporarily locked for 60 minutes. You’ll receive a notification email with a link. By clicking on that link can unlock your account.
