archicad 16 student version bug

there is a troubleshoot with archicad 16 student version and archistair 2.

When I try to load the archistair 2 addon into archicad 16 student version, it suddenly closes. And when the archicad closes does not appear the bug report window.
This doesn´t happen with the rest of the archisuite addons.
I searched for an update, but I didn´t find anything.
Please, if you could give me a light to fix this error it would be helpfull because i really need this addon.
I use the 64 bit version.

Could you be so kind to describe which ArchiCAD 16 localized version and which OS are you using?
