If I'm drawing, for example, 4 duplexes that are identical is the best method to complete one then duplicate it. Layout on the site plan is crucial. Most lots that I work with are small and the cities require open space and parking etc.
I've gone through the tutorial and it seems like the idea is draw one building. Duplicate if needed. Place on the site.
