3D window doesn't show below level 0 unless I activate orbit

When I go into the 3D window, the program doesn't show me anything that is below the level 0 in my stories.. for some reason. When I hit orbit, it does show everything.

Before I hit orbit button: https://i.imgur.com/3OhI9Gd.png

After I hit orbit button: https://i.imgur.com/2qGMpZJ.png

Can anybody help me fix this please?

Check your 'Filter & Cut Elements in 3D' settings (CTRL+ALT+A for Windows).

You may be limiting the 3D view there.

Hello Barry, thanks for taking the time to reply! I checked the menu you mentioned and I did have the 'Infinite' option marked already so unfortunately that is not the fix 😕

Check your Grids & Background settings. Sounds to me like the editing grid background has gone solid. It has default position of 0 in 3D and is allways on, unless you set it up to behave otherwise.
