9013 Hotfix for AC18? - why is it giving me this error?

So, I go to update my AC18 to the latest hotfix 9013 and I get this message?
I have NO Cinerender app running.

GS what gives?

Try going to the task manager and check if there is any instance of cinerender running and end process

Did you log out of Windows as suggested then log back in and re-run the update?
