AC 11 Interior Elevation Tool

I'm looking at using the Interior Elevation Tool, I have the Marker set up the way I want it, everything else is looking good ... except ... My question is once I have set up the interior elevation, how do I stretch the elevation if for example the client increases the size of the ensuite ?

It seems like an obvious extension of the tool, but ask you can see on the attached picture the pet pallette does have that option.

Am I missing something ? Is the interior tool linked to the zones ?

If we create an interior elevation with say five views. We delete 2 after we create. In view map the two deleted elevations are not shown any longer. Once the view is placed on a sheet, the markers for the two deleted elevations still appear in plan. Any ideas on how to delete these unused and deleted marker views?

I haven't seen that issue. If thery are not deletable, report it as a bug to your reseller along with a copy of the .pln, (your reseller should forward the report to Graphisoft if the bug is not on the known list). If they still are selectable, try putting them on an invisible layer.

Thanks, I will forward to Reseller.
Just to complete what is happening. The marker shows up correctly in the pln-view map. But when you place the view on a sheet the additional markers (that were deleted) show up. along with the correct marker. So you can not select to turn off layer because they do not exist any longer

As a follow up to my previous post.
Enclosed are two screen shots. Elevations were placed and then several were deleted. setting on elevation tool is marker: individual

1. View Map- shows just the elevations that remain. the navigator confirms only these elevations exist.

2. Layout- shows markers for the elevations that are there and the elevations that were deleted.

thanks.
I don't know if this is related, but I've run into the IE Markers showing up in the Viewpoint, even if their layer is off! When attempting to select one of these Markers, a warning pops up -- something like "element is not active in this window". Also, I've had reports of not being able to change the layer of an IE Marker once it is placed.

I've also found the i.e. doesn't play nice with profiled walls. You actually have to go inside the wall a bit for it to draw the side lines of the walls.

In your Navigator's Project Map right-click the name of your IE set (the one you deleted from) and select the Restore All Interior Elevations From Group.

Your deleted markers will show up again, and you will be able to edit them so that they don't show on your plan any more (like, move them out of your view limits)

HTH

(I confirm the above issue, we have run into it in our office)

For anyone encountering the same problem: The layer setting cannot be changed (and stick) in the IE Marker dialog, but can be changed via the "Edit Selection Set" dialog.

For me even with only one marker selected, changing layer via Edit selection set changes layer on all markers in IE group. Only other workaround seems to be shifting the unwanted marker out to one side beyond extent of plan view saved to layout.
