As far as I know the only way to see textures in an Elevation is to place an image Fill.
If you are talking about 3D Hatches which your screenshots suggest, then I would check the Elevation Settings to see Vectorial Hatches are enabled (but they seem to since they show on the Roof).
Or I would check those Walls if they have the correct materials.
Does the Wall show the Vectorial Hatches in 3D? Or in neither? Then there may be something wrong with that Wall instance. You my try to delete and redo it.
Is it a Complex Profile? Is is possible the material on that side I not the material you think it is?
