Trying to import a favourite file the simplest way, i want to just import the whole file to replace completely & not keep favourites that are in the file I am importing to, just a wholesale replacement, easy I thought, but no!
Getting very frustrated by how bloody complicated it is!
Please help.

When you get to the final Import button in the last dialogue you need to click on the small arrow next to it.
Then you can choose to 'Delete all before import'.
