License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

AC26 crash issue after navigating to publisher sets.

Hello,

I'm getting some serious crashes after I go to the publisher sets and navigate through it:

Steps that makes a file to crash:

After pressing "repair" I get this:

And my project file comes corrupted, which means I've no longer able to open backup files. After a lot of time to restore all steps in the project before this error I'm still unable to use publisher because of the AC crashes everytime I do these 2 steps.

I'm writing and hoping that Graphisoft will fix this as soon as possible.

Is it just that one file or does it happen to all files?

If just that file, have you tried the 'Open & Repair' option on the file yourself?

If that does not work, have you sent the file to your local support for them to look at?

@Barry Kelly ,

'Open & Repair' has worked just fine.

Apparently, something was bad with my file.

But, these two

is still a mystery for me.

Anyways, thank you!

I have never come across that 'Project Data Error' message (touch wood!).

The 'cannot create temporary documents' could be a user permission problem depending on where it is trying to save the files, or maybe a full hard drive?

But that is just a bit of a guess.

Hello,

Also having similar with Teamwork file that crashes.

How it happens:
1. In "Publisher Set" Creating new folder with layouts to be published;
2. Making SEND/RECIEVE, Release ALL;

3. Closing Teamwork project;
4. When trying to open teamwork project again ArchiCAD crashes. No one can open project in Teamwork.

If I download *.pln from BIMcloud and try to open it crashes. Open and Repairs fixes file for that period of time, but If I add new folders or elements in Publisher Set same crash occurs.

Looks like we found what is crashing AC26 with all files. When you change publisher elements to DWG and tick "Merge to one DWG file" and press save or SEND/RECIEVE in teamwork file case, file is damaged and cannot be opened. @Barry Kelly  this is not solved issue in AC26, maybe you can adjust this tread to be not solved ?
