Is ArchiCAD 21 already ready to be downloaded with a serial number through myarchicad.com ?

I see it on myarchicad.com, but that could be because the USA version has already been released. In an old thread, Barry Kelly and Stefan Boeykens noted that you can go to your account settings and change your country to that of an available release and then be able to download should you not see the big red text "A new version of ARCHICAD is here!" at the top of your default myarchicad.com product list. Worth I try.
