David, I must have missed that. Would you care to enlighten me? (I only remember having heard of AC13 not working with some fonts in Snow Leopard /MacOSX10.6/ but that's a completely different issue)
Also, I'd like to add that at least on the Mac, AC accepts all of the vast collection of PostScript type 1 fonts that the OSXsystem can handle. You can find any style you'd want on the internet.

And, if you're on Windows, Autocad installs all of its .shx fonts in TrueType (.tff) versions as well, so any Windows program can use them. If you don't have Autocad, you can install Autodesk's free TrueView DWG viewer, it will also install those fonts in the system, available for Archicad as well.
Also, if you have a PC with those fonts installed, you can transfer the .ttf files to your Mac, they will work in OSX too.
