Accidentally closed where you access modelling tools (toolbox)

hi all im new to archicad and have an assignment due soon and have somehow closed where I would access things like walls, objects, stairs etc im on mac can anyone plz help me out @eer in the attached image on the left hand side of the photo there used to be a tab bar where I could select the walls etc now its gone and i cant get it back and apoglies if I have posted this in the wrong place im stressing right now lol

You can bring back the Toolbox through the "Window" menu:

That's part of your work environment. You can go to Options>Work Environment>Apply Profile to get back the one you were using. Alternatively, you should be able to access the palette via the Window>Palettes>Toolbox.
