Adjusting Width of Shutters on Windows

Building an (e) building w/decorative shutters that are only 1' wide; where is the setting to allow me to do this. Am using AC 14.

Well that sucks. We used to be able to choose decorative v. Functional and give a width....how is what this is and "upgrade" and/or "improvement". Just takes three times as long to do what used to be done in the window tool....

Like we are moving backwards.
