Found this in the comments of the part you downloaded.
As for installing it, you should be able to load it like any other library part, I would imagine. I would place it in your library according to how you handle your libraries and select that library to load when you start a project or open the library manager under /files/libraries and objects and direct it to where you have the mesh object stored. If you need more go to /help and open AC Help or the AC reference guide. I could explain it but there should be pictures and everything already in those guides.
