Arched opening

Hi,

In an arched/elliptical opening, how does one make the masonry/material of the actual arch different from the the wall in which the opening is placed.

Any help would be appreciated. If this has already been discussed before, if you can point me to the right thread.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. You are more likely to get help with this problem if you tell us the version of ArchiCAD you are using and the specific name of the library part.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Can you use the "header arch" object and make that a different material?

I used that to make a soldier course above a masonry porte cochere, don't see why you cant change the perimeters to get what you want.
