Archicad 10 - Removing F1 shortcut key

Hello everybody.

Does anyone know how to remove the shortcut for F1 key (the "help" shortcut).
I've managed to do that by deleting the "help" folder in Archicad's installation directory. But after installing an addon from Cadimage, the shortcut for F1 changed to its initial state. I've uninstalled the addon, deleted all info about it in the registry ... but I can't seem to solve the problem. Hitting the F1 key brings up the annoying help menu.
Could anyone tell me what to do? (maybe editing a registry key that I don't know about, or some settings in Archicad, ...)

Thank you.

Is not AC's fault, F1 is the default shortcut for accessing "Help" for all applications within Windows.

Do what I did. Pull the F1 key off your keyboard and put it into your file cabinet!!!!

In reflection what he needs to do is get used to not using the Esc key. I'm guessing(from experience) that this is someone coming from autocad. Just remember that if you have something highlighted in AC just click in an empty space and it deselects all objects.

Hehe

Thanks for the tip, but it's hard to get rid of this habit, after using the CTRL+F1 shortcut for a couple of years.

Sorry, but I don't agree.
In AC9 it was possible to reassign a new shortcut to F1 key.

Basically yes, I'm coming from Autocad. But that was some years ago. Meanwhile, I've worked using F1 shortcut in AC9 (with a reassigned shortcut, of course). In AC10, that wasn't possible anymore; but I've discovered that if I deleted the "Help" directory in Archicad's installation folder, I could redefine CTRL+F1 shortcut (the F1 shortcut couldn't be redefined, after all). Still, that worked pretty good for me. But recently I've installed the addon I was talking about and all the things went back to original state. Uninstalling the addon didn't work. Hitting CTRL+F1 brings up help menu.
So ... I guess I should try reinstalling Archicad.

Thank you anyway for your support.
