Archicad 16 bugs...

I am having some archicad 16 problems, that i had not before with archicad 14:
ADJUST doesn't works correctly. The elements extends to wrong direction
When trying to edit some element, when there are more than one element in the same place, only the upper level element is taken... Example: trying to offset an Slab Edge in lower level, first i have to SEND TO FRONT...

Someone having the same problems ?

Yes, I have problems with manipulating overlapping edges. If I understood correctly from our reseller, this is due to be fixed in a hotfix coming in February.
