Why is it that when I use toilets for the first time in a file, they appear with "wood grain" fill? I know how to change it and make it permanent for the rest of the development of the file, but is there any way that I can stop if from happening for ever in drawings to come?

It sure seems like it might be worth the effort for graphisoft to re-think how materials are dealt with. Your wood grained toilets are the result of different material definitions within the person who made the library part and what you have on your computer. His material # 62 might have been white porcelain and yours was wood.

Without saving out (into your "Keene Library" Folder) a separate library part with the parameters that you want. You can just save it as a favorite.
