Archicad grid ?

In last two days I am experience problem with my Archicad 12.
For some reason it is acting like there is some grid on my floor plan, and that I can only move objects to the point of that grid.
Take a look at the video:

On the beginning of the video you will how a dots are appearing on the floor plan, like there is some kind of grid on it.
Later you will see that the object (car) can be moved only at certain grid points, not in between them.

What seems to be the problem?
How can I turn off this grid system?
