Archicad missing scale when drawing?

When I try to draw anything the scale where I should be able to type in the measurements doesn't appear. Does anyone know where I can change that in the menu? I'm using Archicad18, the students version and I'm pretty sure it got installed this way, I haven't changed anything in the options...

Turn on Tracker, see image. Also available in Options> Work Environment under Tracker and Coordinate Input
