Brick masonry handrails, is it possible?

Good afternoon everyone, sorry somebody in the community know if it is possible to make a handrail that looks like this using the railing tool, so far I have only been able to get something similar with the Curtain Wall tool but I really need to have this as a railing, and I have not found a way to do something like the reference image. So do you know if it is possible to get this finish, and how to do it?

I will leave above what I´m trying to do, and a photo of what I got with the curtain wall tool.

I would just use a regular wall with an array of openings.

The only way to do it with the railing tool would be to create a custom panel, but it wouldn't join nicely with the other walls.
