Maybe this is dump question but is it possible to make curved section in archicad 12

I'm afraid not. Curved sections are not even available in AC13. You could try creating several short individual sections and join them back together on a layout. It's not really curved, but it's the best we can do.
You can make a curved 3D section view but I think you are looking for a 2D section cut.

If you can see it in the 3D window you can save it as a 3D Document. The only thing to configure is the 3D View Settings to see the model in elevation.

I knew for this 3d curved secion, but I was looking for 2d section plan... Never mind, I'll try with several shorter sections and with matching them. Anyway thanks for helping...

In fact, even a magic wanded marquee will follow even a negative/void edge in Archicad 13, where some prior editions did a shortcut.
