Can not edit or delete pipes after latest update. Any ideas how to fix it?

After latest updates cannot edit or delete pipes. Any ideas why this happened and how to fix this?

Operating system used: Windows 11 Home 25H2

Based on the light gray selection dots on the screenshot, it looks like either your element or its layer is locked. Can you unlock it and edit/delete it then?
