Can't stretch 2D objects freely

So, my Archicad can't stretch objects other than multiples of 50, but only for the project I'm working on; in new projects, it's no problem. How do I fix this?

You may have accidentally enabled grid snapping (with Alt-S) ? Try seeing if you have something enabled here:
