Changing Shutter Width in Archicad 14

I cant seem to figure out how to change the width of the shutters in 14, before I upgraded you could just change the width manually. But now in 14 the shutters are huge! They seem to automatically make them the same size as the window. I just want decorative ones on the side.

There should be a setting for Decorative v. Functional.

That doesn't seem to work...they still dont give you a spot to put in a measurement for the total width of the shutter

Yup, they are sized relative to the window. Alternatively there is a shutter object.
