Chinese Characters

Can anyone advise on how can I read drawings with Chinese characters and
also inputting Chinese Characters eventually.

I have a set of drawings seemingly with Chinese annotation but am not able to view any character.

I have moved your post to the 'Working in Archicad' section and removed the poll question.

I don't have a definite answer to your question but I assume to view the characters you will need the appropriate font installed on your machine.
I am sure someone else will have more info for you.

ArchiCAD has Chinese versions.
Plus you can add Chinese language pack to Windows:
