CineRender by Maxon add-on has unexpectedly closed...

Hi,
Guys I've been encountering this problem for several days now, and it's been kind of annoying. So, when I try to take a photo of the 3D view of the model it shows up this black screen instead of the photo. A few seconds later it gives me the "CineRender has unexpectedly closed" error.
I do have pretty much recent graphic drivers, so I don't think the problem is that. How can I solve this problem?

I'm running the Archicas 20 version right now

Thanks

I've already tried that one... Any other suggestion?

Does it happen for all of the default render settings or only one of them?

Machine specs are missing (WIN/MAC/CPU/RAM)?
Do you have a lot of cinerender procedural grass (as a natural looking texture material)?
Do you use a lot of light objects?

Yes, sorry. I'm running Archicad 20 on Windows 10.
RAM installed: 6 GB
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93Hz
And no, I'm not using the procedural grass. I thought the light objects were the problem but once i actually cut them out and tried again, it still gave me the same error.
And... Yes it happens for every default render setting.
