Archicad close unexpectedly and frequently

Working in different ways plans, 3D view, suddenly and randlomly Archicad close. I don´t know what happen. I am using version 27 my PC info is as follow: OMEN (HP). AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz. RAM: 32,0 GB. Really need help. Thanks.

Try to save a bug report and contact your local technical support to investigate what is happening.
It's a really little information to understand what may be causing the Archicad to close.
