Maxon's cineware add-on closes unexpectedly on Archicad 28 for Mac

I'm having several problems with the Maxon render engine of archicad that closes every time I try to use it. I've already tried to restart archicad, I also reinstalled the add on and installed the latest update of archicad 28. How can I solve it?

Are you on macOS 15 Sequoia?

I have tried that workaround repeatedly, most recently yesterday, and it doesn't work for me.

If you have replaced the Cinerender folder with the working one also delete the Redshift folder within and it should then work. Make sure Archicad is closed or restart after you have e deleted the Redshift folder.

I had not deleted the Redshift folder. It is working for me now!
