Ummmm....Why did you post this question as a 'wish' in this forum, rather than posting it in the 'working in archicad' forum? This forum is for when you are 100% certain that a feature does not exist - usually after asking in a normal forum.
You can have any toolbox you want in 11... the Work Environment (WE) configuration dialogs are nearly identical to 10 (and 9), and the toolbox, like everything else, is completely customizable. If you are happy with your 10 toolbox, just import that portion of your 10 WE into 11 and customize it further as desired.
