Clerestory Roof Trim

Bruce
Advisor
Is there an easy way to trim clerestory walls?

At the moment I have to move one roof, trim the top, move the other roof and trim the bottom. There has got to be an easier way.

Open in 3D window and select the wall and only the roof that you wish to be the trimming element; then trim.

Excellent point! I'm usually always working in a marquee view so your method helps eliminate extraneous 3D elements and would be much faster.

SEO's remain active, whereas "trim to roof" does not update if roof elevation or pitch changes. There are times when "trim to roof" is more appropriate too, though.
