Hi, I'm having an issue with a composite floor slab interacting with a footing. The footing consists of a simple slab with a "Structural Concrete" material. The floor slab is a composite with a 4" "non-structural concrete" material and a gravel fill.
The footing is on a layer with an intersection group number of 1; the slab is on a layer with an intersection group number of 1. (note, no change if I place them both on the same layer)
The structural concrete has an intersection priority of 760, the non-structural concrete is 350, the gravel is 5.
All elements have renovation status set to "new". They're on the same storey. If I change the composite slab into a single slab, it also doesn't intersect properly.
Anything else I need to check?

Thanks. That's a handy little chart.

If you model the footing as a beam, it will intersect automatically.
