Continuous floor - wall - roof

How do you create this contunuous floor wall roof in Archicad10 educational version??? like the attached image from the archicad10 start up page???

This post should not really be in the Wishes sections.

However, in answer to the questions take a look at Complex Profiles. While I have no actual knowledge of that project, I would guess that model was made with a complex profile wall.
