Creating a vertical rotated fence?

I'm trying to make a fence by using the "column"-tool, and manually create each part of the fence. But I can't figure out how to vertically rotate the column.

It's the part on the far right which is the part I'm having problems creating.

One solution, since you already have it drawn in elevation, is to create a Custom Profile from it and then extrude the depth of it.

Or use the roof tool to make the radial pickets.
Or use the beam tool.
Or use an object from the RoofMaker library.
